Comprehensive evaluation: 《Bad Aim》is good.
Responding only to Quick-Play Spells is insufficient.

Backward compatible with 《Bad Aim》. As already said, it's deadly for a meta card that it doesn't support someone who activates it in a bad way, such as Limikai.

At least there were places where I could compromise as long as I didn't care about the type, but I thought it was too plain for a no-cost sunbree to be able to do it under the condition that his opponent's Quick-Play Spell rarely came.
"Bad Aim" with looser activation conditions than this can also remove his Quick-Play Spell that was activated, so you can negate "Rage with Eyes of Blue", but that's what Cyclone does.
It's a no-cost version of an existing card, so it's probably going to need some adjustments, but it's an example that makes it easy to see that if you overdo it, it's going to be a rough copy of a degraded copy.

The Quick-Play Spell itself is a popular card, but it's a pinpoint action reaction of the opponent, and it's too dependent on the opponent, such as being affected by the situation, such as not being able to use it when there are no cards in play.
Moreover, he currently has 《Bad Aim》that supports all spells and traps.
Ultimately, it is impossible to activate Damester, and it does not correspond to Limi-solution.
There are tons of more versatile removals out there.

Since it is just hitting a cyclone in response to a spell, it reacts to magic instead of reflecting magic, so the illustration seems to be fraudulent.
Cyclone can be used up and completely dependent on the other party, so it would be better to use Cyclone from the beginning.

Aiming for a cyclone would be good too

Although it's called "Anti-Magic", it doesn't bounce back the opponent's Quick-Play Spell, so it's often better to contain it with a normal counter-type card. Of course, it's a big problem that it's completely dependent on the opponent, but it's a removal effect that can be substituted with a general-purpose card. What's even more hopeless is that it can't be activated against "Shrink" and "Rush" (Limiter Removal), which are easily activated during the Damage Step. I have no reason to put this card in.

Quick-Play Spell isn't in low demand, but it's not always the case that your opponent will use his Quick-Play Spell when this card is set.
I can't accept that the trigger is dependent on the other party.

... how should I say it?
Repel the opponent's haste with destruction.
Is there something wrong?

I liked the idea of the Quick-Play Spell meta...
The issue is effectiveness. At this level, there are many powerful rivals such as the more versatile 《Raigeki Break》.
If it was negate and then another one was destroyed, I'm sure it would have had an impact on the environment...

A sambre that triggers a cyclone.
Other Quick-Play Spells that can be targeted are Gessho, Shrinkage, and Enekon.
Quick-Play Spell often does not fly unexpectedly, so I feel that there are few opportunities to activate it...
